We work with the Leadership Team to project resource needs and incorporate them into an operating budget. Customized reporting is available to provide monthly variance reporting against actual performance.

Utilizing your data, we overlay staffing capacity on patient demand (arrivals by acuity). Staffing alternatives are provided as a result and will reflect patient velocity variables and resource variables (MLPs, Scribes, etc.)

We provide you with structured Patient Experience Practice Management Plans utilizing clinician-specific survey reports. Client satisfaction is surveyed in order to identify and quantify areas for improvement.

We work with our clients to align compensation with goal achievement (e.g. productivity, client goals, group goals, etc.). Programs require updates as the group matures and adopts new practice patterns. We will provide analysis reflecting bonus programs vs. concurrent incentive program. For payroll, we will utilize a direct download from scheduling software to populate and calculate payroll methodology. ( Outsourced payroll and/or scheduling services.)

Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) and Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE); developed through Dashboard metrics and a clinician coaching methodology utilizing peer review feedback. Exceedingly effective for new clinician on boarding.
